Aren’t ballet flats suppose to be comfortable?!?! Then why do so many of them cut into the back of my heel, give me blisters and cause my feet to ache?!?! Well, guess what…
…I’ve found a truly comfortable and supportive ballet flat. It’s the answer to all our feet woes! If you’re a dancer you are probably familiar with Bloch, the dance shoe company. If you tried out for cheerleading four times and never made it (like me), well then you’re not familiar with “dance” brands -ha! Well, leave it to the highly regarded ballet shoe company to make the most comfortable ballet flat on the market.
How can such cute shoes be so comfortable?!
One of the reasons they are so comfortable is that the elastic band is adjustable to your liking. You just pull it as tight or as loose as you like, tie it in a bow and then cut the strings. Another reason is that the inside of the shoe is suede and there is an extra cushion at the bottom of the heel. Bloch makes so many great styles, check these out here, here, here and here.
I also love the contrast of the brown leather sole. They look almost identical to these flats from J. Crew! I made my sister-in-law and my sister try them on and be my testers. My sister-in-law said, “Oh, I totally need these before I go to Chicago!” (where her boyfriend lives and where they walk the city in love-hahaha!). And my sister said, “Oh, I’m totally ordering those” and then showed me the blister on the back of her heel that her current flats were giving her.
