Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend! If you follow along on Instagram, you’ve seen these outfits before, BUT these links have been updated! Yay!

These jeans (that I blogged about here) are on major repeat in my wardrobe because they bring a bit of edge to my cutesy outfits! I feel like they reinvent my tops from last year by giving them a whole new look, just like this top I purchased in the fall (pictured) that is now on SUPER SALE (less than $30)! Unfortunately, the jeans are sold out everywhere, but keep checking back because they usually restock them!

Here the jeans are again, giving a new life to my #prettywhitetop from years ago. Although these exact jeans are sold out, don’t be discouraged because this concept can be used with any trendy jean right now (cropped, cropped flare, distressed).

I LOVE stripes. It’s the one pattern that has staying power in my closet. I loved giving this classic stripe an update with my trendy cropped denim.

I had a meeting with my accountant and knew everyone in the building was going to be in suits, but I don’t wear suits to work anymore. So, I opted to stay true to my style, and I paired my favorite black jeans with my sneakers and a classic blazer.

I love flannel shirts, but by the end of winter, I don’t want to look at them. So on this day, I decided to add a bit of femininity and sophistication with my black skinny jeans and my feminine ankle wrapping flats.

I recently wore this to a luncheon. I know it’s spring, but I just really love black. I tried to make it look at little more springy with the sleeveless top, a short skirt and fun earrings!

I continue to love mixing brown and black! I also like to mix textiles- like suede and coated denim!

This jacket is also on constant repeat in my wardrobe. It’s the perfect weight, and it’s not constricting in any way. The also have it in camo.

When I try to wear the sandals with ankle ties and jeans rolled up it looks awful one me! But it looks so cute on you! Could it be that my legs are too short wear this look? Maybe it cuts them off and makes them look shorter? I am 5’3 and wear a 26 jean for reference. I had also bought the black high top sneakers last year that you loved so much but hardly ever wore them as I thought the same thing. Maybe I need longer legs to pull the look off? Sigh.

Do you have suggestions on my previous post? Do you think it’s a shorter leg issue?

It’s hard to say without seeing a picture. You may try wearing a wedge to see if that makes a difference. I would also recommend trying to go down a size or two with your jeans. Both of these help aid in a longer line going down. To be honest with you, this style is tricky. It also takes a bit of time to get accustomed to. If it doesn’t feel like you skip it. It will probably be out of style next year. Ha! I hope this helps.

HI! Can you tell me what bra you wear? I think I remember that you wear a D. My daughter wears a D and she is 16 and they all look like a grandma bras!
