At this point during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale your guy is like, “Why is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale such a big deal?” That’s when you say, “It’s full price items at a discount for only two weeks!!!!” Now, he’s interested. But like all sales, you have to shop it smart. You have to stick to the staples or else you’ll end up with a random orange tie, because it was a good deal. Who better to shop the #NSale for your man than my husband. My husband is very picky. He only buys items that are comfortable and high quality. Here are his picks:
Starting from top left going clockwise:
Ferragamos: My husband put off purchasing Ferragamos for a long time, because they are so expensive. He finally bought himself a pair. He loves them and wears them all the time, because they are so comfortable! He said they feel like “slippers”. What better time to buy a pair of Ferragammos then when they’re roughly $200 off!
Eton Shirts: About two years ago after hearing about Eton Shirts, my husband decided to try one out. Now it’s all he wears. They fit really well, they don’t wrinkle easily (he can wear them twice before taking them to the cleaners) and he really likes the fabric. Typically, he buys last seasons ETON shirts on e-bay to save a little money. No need, when this seasons ETON shirts are on sale! He prefers the contemporary fit.
Chelsea Boot: One night our friend was wearing these amazing John Varvatos boots. The next day we searched online for the same pair, but we had no luck. We ended up buying an off brand. So I was pretty excited to see a John Varvatos chelsea boot that looks identical to the boot we searched and searched for at over $100 off!
Casual lace up shoes: To say this kind of shoe is “on trend” is an understatement! I even saw an ESPN sports commentator wearing them! They are the perfect casual pair of shoes to wear with jeans or chinos. I really love the suede pair. My husband really liked the leather pair. I ordered both. We shall see which one wins. Ha!
Casual dress shirt: We have the hardest time finding casual dress shirts for my husband. They are typically very large through the middle, aka the tent effect. These shirts are long enough but not too large through the middle. #perfectfit
The guys need to be in on this #NSale, too! It just makes too much sense! You can have your very own #NSale fashion show! How fun! P.S. My husband and I actually do this. Shhhh, Don’t tell anyone, it’s embarrassing.
